September Texas visit

In the beginning of September Ryker and I flew to Texas to help my sister Jen out for 16 days while she recovered from back surgery. It was nice to spend time with my sister and her family because we rarely get to see them. The bummer was that two days after we got there Ryker got super sick and spent the next 9 days with diarrhea and vomiting. We didn't know it until after the fact, but he had gotten sick from the recalled Similac formula (of course this happens to be the time there's a problem with formula, a month after I stop breastfeeding). Anyway, in the end it all turned out okay, even though Ryker lost some weight. When he was not sick, he has fun playing with his aunt, uncle, cousins, and their cute dog Daisy.
